When it comes to a night out, Montrealers are a hungry crowd, especially this time of year. No matter what the weather throws at us or how cold it gets, we will put on our best and take to the town for a night out. Last week, Danone gathered a mighty crowd at Montreal’s Museum of Fine Art (MBAM) for an epic launch of their latest culinary delight, Oikos Creations.
The night could have easily been confused with a lavish movie premiere as hundreds of people gathered on the red carpet for the launch of the new dessert yogurt. Blending delicious flavours of chocolate and banana, lemon meringue, raspberry chocolate and coconut flakes, Oikos takes a normal moment of the day and turns it into a delicious treat with this collection.
The launch featured delicious cocktails blended by Montreal’s go-to master mixologist, Lawrence Picard, tantalizing burlesque performances, a live jazz band as well as a live painting by one of Canada’s most talented artists, Peter Farmer. Invited by the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts’ Young Philanthropists’ Circle, the event coincided with the closing of the Museum’s popular Colours Of Jazz expo.
The Oikos Creations are now available in grocery stores across the country.
